Mishloha is a well-established app and website operating for over a decade, serving as a portal for restaurants and food chains. With Mishloha, users can browse restaurant menus and place orders, fulfilled by the restaurants' own delivery personnel or networks. The NOW service is a delivery system operated by Mishloha for restaurants without their own delivery staff, following a model similar to platforms like Wolt or comparable services abroad, such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats

The Concept

The brief was to redesign the onboarding, login, and signup process of the application to increase registered users, reduce friction on the entry screen, and enhance user engagement and retention.

Throughout the process, it was essential for us to create a consistent story/flow connecting the first four screens. We distilled the messages, and the solution was to develop an illustrative and animated language for new users.
